Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in an international expert survey on current clinical practice for drainage, endoscopic necrosectomy, and nasocystic catheter irrigation in the management of walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN).
Despite the increasing use of endoscopic techniques, considerable variation remains in WOPN management, particularly regarding irrigation strategies and procedural protocols.
The aim of this survey is to better understand and characterise current drainage practices and to support future clinical research and guideline development.
