EPC President
The President is primarily responsible for the planning and delivery of the EPC Annual Meeting, working closely with the Executive Committee and EPC Office to shape the scientific programme and ensure the event's success. As an internationally recognised clinical or basic scientist, the President also helps to represent the EPC at scientific and professional events and contributes to the Club's activities in advancing the field of pancreatology. The role calls for sustained commitment and regular participation in Executive Committee and Council meetings throughout the term of office.

EPC General Secretary
The General Secretary is the strategic lead of the European Pancreatic Club, chairing both the Executive Committee and the Council and shaping the overall direction of the organisation. Serving as the central point of contact for the Executive Committee, Council and external partners, the General Secretary oversees the Club's official business and administrative affairs and represents the EPC at most meetings and key events. The position requires a strong track record as a clinician or basic science researcher, together with significant time and commitment to volunteer service.
Term of service: 4 years
EPC Treasurer
The Treasurer is a member of both the Council and the Executive Committee and responsible for the financial affairs of the European Pancreatic Club. This includes guiding the yearly consolidated budget and investment strategy, presenting audited financial statements to the Council and General Assembly, authorising bank transactions, and reviewing and co-signing contracts together with the General Secretary. The Treasurer works closely with the General Secretary, President, and EPC Office on all financial and tax-related matters and should be confident engaging with financial experts and tax accountants.
Term of service: 4 years (may be re-elected once)
EPC Councillor Clinical Science
The General Councillor for Clinical Science serves on the EPC Council, contributing specialist expertise to the Club's ongoing projects and business decisions. As an internationally recognised clinician with a strong publication record in clinical pancreatology, the Councillor for Clinical Science represents the interests and perspectives of clinical scientists within the Club's governance. The role involves regular participation in Council meetings and a sustained commitment to supporting the EPC's mission over the course of the term.

EPC Councillor Basic Science
The General Councillor for Basic Science serves on the EPC Council, bringing specialist expertise in basic and translational pancreatology to the Club's ongoing projects and business decisions. As an internationally recognised researcher with a strong publication record in the field, the Councillor Basic Science represents the interests and perspectives of basic and translational scientists within the Club's governance. The role involves regular participation in Council meetings and a sustained commitment to supporting the EPC's mission over the course of the term.
Term of service: 3 years
EPC Auditor
The Auditor monitors the financial management of the EPC, verifying compliance with applicable accounting standards and confirming that funds are used in line with the Club's aims and purposes. Working from documents and information provided by the Treasurer, the Auditor carries out an annual review of the Club's financial reports and reports the results to the Council. The Auditor may not simultaneously serve on any EPC organ that falls within the scope of their audit.
