The International Association of Pancreatology (IAP) is inviting applications for its 2026 Seed Grants, offering two awards of US$25,000 each — one for basic science and one for clinical research. The grants are aimed at early-to-mid career investigators who are within eight years of their PhD or equivalent clinical qualification, and are designed to support pilot studies or larger research projects that may lead to future funding opportunities.
Eligible applicants must be current IAP members affiliated with an appropriate research institution. The proposed research must be completed within twelve months of receiving the award, with a final report submitted one month after completion. Grant recipients are also expected to present their findings at an IAP conference.
Applications should be submitted by email to apply@internationalpancreatology.org by 31 July 2026, following the specified format: a three-page proposal covering background, aims, methodology, expected outcomes, and budget, accompanied by a two-page CV for the principal investigator.
