Dear EPC Member,
The EPC Executive Committee has been working on a new framework for EPC membership fees that we believe will be more equitable since they will be based on country GDP. This proposal was approved by the EPC Council on October 15th, 2023 during its meeting at UEG Week 2023.
We would like to implement these fees as of January 1st, 2024 so everyone can benefit from the updated fee schedule immediately.
Because the amounts will change more than 10%, this change needs to be approved by the EPC membership in accordance with our updated statutes (§9.1).
We therefore invite you to an extraordinary General Assembly during which we will present and discuss the proposed changes to the membership fees and vote on adoption.
The extraordinary General Assembly will be held virtually on Tuesday, December 5th, from 6:30-7:30 pm. Voting will be done online during the meeting.
